1) Credit Card-i Financing (Tawarruq)/Pembiayaan Kad Kredit-i (Tawarruq)

(i). I hereby request to purchase and promise (Wa'd) to buy the commodity from the Bank at the Selling Price. /

(i). Saya dengan ini memohon untuk membeli dan berjanji (wa'd) untuk membeli komoditi dari pihak Bank pada Harga Jualan.

(ii). I hereby appoint the Bank as a restricted agent to conclude the purchase of the aforementioned commodity on the basis of the Murabahah at the Selling Price on my behalf; in accordance to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Cardholder Agreement. /

(ii). Saya dengan ini melantik pihak Bank sebagai ejen terhad untuk memuktamadkan belian komoditi tersebut secara Murabahah pada Harga Jualan bagi pihak saya; mengikut terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di dalam Perjanjian Pemegang Kad.

(iii). I hereby appoint the Bank as an agent to sell the commodity to a third party; at the Purchase Price (Financing Amount; i.e. Credit Limit)./

(iii) Saya dengan ini melantik pihak Bank sebagai ejen untuk menjual komoditi tersebut kepada pihak ketiga pada Harga Belian (Jumlah Pembiayaan; i.e. Had Kredit)

2) Options and Appointment of Sales Representatives (Wakalah) / Pilihan dan Perlantikan Wakil Jualan (Wakalah).

Leave the commodity at the Bank's possession and hereby irrevocably appoint Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad to be my representative/agent to sell the commodity to any third party purchaser for the purpose of opening and renewal of the Credit Card-i account. / Meletakkan komoditi tersebut di bawah pegangan Bank dan secara tidak terbatal dan tanpa sebarang syarat melantik Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad sebagai wakil/ejen untuk menjual komoditi tersebut kepada mana-mana pihak pembeli ketiga bagi tujuan untuk membuka atau memperbaharui akaun Kad Kredit-i.

3) Agreement on Financing of Sales Proceeds (Qard) / Perjanjian untuk Pembiayaan Hasil Penjualan (Qard).

I hereby agree to place the commodity sales proceeds as profit free financing under the Principal of Qard to Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad and to utilize the placement sum for the Credit Card-i usage purpose. / Saya dengan ini bersetuju untuk meletakkan hasil jualan komoditi sebagai pembiayaan tanpa faedah di bawah Prinsip Qard kepada Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad dan menggunakan amaun tersebut untuk tujuan pengguna Kad Kredit-i.

4) Automatic Renewal / Pembaharuan Automatik

For the purpose of renewal; new application and permanent increase or decrease of limit of Credit Card-i; I hereby agree to appoint Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad as my agent to do and execute all acts for and on my behalf to sell the Commodity to any other third party purchaser for the purpose of availing the Credit Card-i facility. / Untuk tujuan pembaharuan; permohonan baharu; penambahan atau pengurangan had Kad Kredit-i; saya dengan ini bersetuju untuk melantik Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad sebagai wakil saya untuk melakukan dan melaksanakan semua tindakan bagi pihak saya untuk menjual komoditi tersebut kepada mana-mana pembeli pihak ketiga untuk tujuan menyediakan kemudahan Kad Kredit-i.

Subject to Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB) credit evaluation and eligibility of the applicant; BMMB may assign a credit limit to the applicant which shall be equivalent to the commodity purchase price as determined by BMMB at its absolute discretion. If the limit of financing is specified; the application may be rejected if the applicant is not eligible for the requested amount. / Tertakluk kepada penilainan kredit dan kelayakan pemohon; Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB) boleh menetapkan had kredit kepada pemohon yang akan bersamaan dengan harga pembelian komoditi sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh BMMB mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya. Sekiranya had pembiayaan dinyatakan; permohonan tersebut boleh ditolak sekiranya pemohon tidak layak untuk jumlah yang diminta.

I/We agree that Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad may execute the Commodity purchase on my/our behalf in the equivalent to the limit which I/We am/are eligible under Credit Card-i. / Saya/Kami bersetuju bahawa Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad boleh melaksanakan pembelian komoditi bagi pihak Saya/Kami untuk jumlah yang bersamaan dengan had Saya/Kami layak di bawah Kad Kredit-i.
